Southeastern Healthcare offers services to help alleviate the strain of in-home and in-community care for older adults and adults with disabilities who want to remain in their own homes. Through Adult Day Health, Home Health, Psychosocial Rehabilitation and other therapeutic services, Southeastern Healthcare assists seniors and adults with disabilities with vital activities of daily living, health monitoring, and social interaction.

All of Southeastern Healthcare’s programs are carefully designed to enhance the quality of life and improve the general well-being of participants.  The agency works diligently to assist participants and their families in overcoming the isolation, loneliness and loss of self-esteem that frequently accompany debilitating physical and/or mental decline.
